The 8 Minute Fat Burner Workout – Tabata Mixer
This is a Tabata workout that has a blend of two classic exercises, the pushup and the squat. Both exercises are compound exercises meaning they work a variety of muscles. Both exercises can be done with no equipment and can also be done anywhere and anytime. Another one of my no excuses workout!
A Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest. This is how this mixer is done.
- 20 seconds of pushups ( modify by dropping to knees)
- 10 seconds of rest
- 20 seconds of squats
- 10 seconds of rest
Do this 8 times for an intense full body fat burning 8 minute workout!
