The Anywhere Cross Fit Style Workout

Found this workout at Fitsugar.com . It is called the 5-10-15 workout and this is how it goes. It can be done anywhere and anytime. No excuses!

  • 5 pushups
  • 10 situps
  • 15 squats

10 seconds rest

  • 5 deadlifts
  • 10 alternating lunges
  • 15 reverse crunches

Repeat 5 times
