Tabata

Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This workout is a great way to burn fat in a short time anywhere. As always, consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.

Each exercise will be done for 20 seconds as hard as you can and for as many reps as you can do. Rest for 10 seconds then repeat. Each exercise will be done 4 times which will total 2 minutes per exercise.

There are 8 exercises which will give you a great 16 minute anywhere workout. Modify the exercises as needed.

  1. Pushups
  2. High Knees
  3. Sumo Jump Squats
  4. Jumping Jacks
  5. Jumping Mountain Climber
  6. Jumping Lunges
  7. Fast Feet
  8. Barrier Jumps
